Welcome 2016 Volunteers! Please read all of the following information before registering. Contact Catherine Marler, Volunteer Coordinator, at email@example.com with any questions.
- Registration Instructions:
- To register as an individual, simply select your desired shift(s) and location(s) and enter your information when prompted. You will need to type NA in the “Organization/Group Name” field.
- To register with a group or an organization, please designate one member as the group leader. The group leader will then collect each member’s name (first & last), email address, shirt size, and which day(s) and shift time(s) each member will be volunteering. Once your group leader has gathered this information, he/she will select the appropriate volunteers shifts on our registration page and enter each participants information. Please be sure to include your group or organization name in the “Organization/Group Name” field.
- Check-in for shift 1 is from 4:30-4:45 (PLEASE NOTE THAT SELECT SHIFT 1 VOLUNTEER OPTIONS REQUIRE THAT YOU ARRIVE BY 4:30 PM // Check-in for shift 2 is from 7:30-7:45 (PLEASE NOTE THAT SELECT SHIFT 2 VOLUNTEER OPTIONS REQUIRE THAT YOU ARRIVE BY 7:30 PM). Check-in for 5K volunteers will be from 7:30-8:00 AM on Saturday, December 3.
The registration system is sensitive to extra spaces. Please do not hit the space bar on your computer after entering information. If you do, you may receive an error message stating that there are invalid characters.
